I learned a lot with my stay at Al - Amjad. It helped me developed my interpersonal skills and communication skills. Enhanced self - confidence and self -esteem. Met students and colleagues with different teaching philosophies, strategies and pedagogies just like a performer that has their own field of specialty. I can say that this program/practicum has helped me grow, understand and experience such opportunity that I may apply in the classroom setting with the concepts and principles.
challenges OF PRACTICUM
The communication barrier was an issue for me. I think as an educator, correspondence is so critical in instructing youngsters. It is a standout amongst other approaches to associate with them. As an educator, I understood that I ought to be imaginative in discovering approaches to make my learners be comfortable and be fully understandable in their language or so in English.
overall impression
Overall, this program is so fruitful for my professional development. I have met different colleagues with different views on teaching inside the classroom, broaden my understanding of globalization in the context of education.
